SYNTEK is one of the Factory GazSintes^Ⓡ enterprises which is a production and technical alliance focused on manufacturing high quality equipment for liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), synthetic natural gas, compressed natural gas (CNG) and cryogenic liquids.

Factory SYNTEK experiense includes a wide range of completed projects which suit typical and custom orders based on field conditions at the concrete facility. The range of manufactured equipment is divided into several major categories, including various production lines:

• gas tanks for high-pressure LPG and cryogenic fluids storing including aboveground, underground, single-and double-walled and diked;
• evaporators and evaporator units SYNTEK for LPG and cryoliquids;
• pumping equipment SYNTEK for loading / unloading operations with liquefied gas and cryogenic fluids to/from tank-cars or railway tanks;
• equipment for gas filling stations and Automobile CNG Filling Stations;
• mixing plants SYNTEK of different modes of functioning for synthetic natural gas generating;
• compressors and compressor units SYNTEK for LPG transmission;
• a full-service modular systems of filling gas cylinders and gas-cylinder units.

Continuous upgrading and a high level of production departments cohesion allow to manufacture goods strictly in a stated period ensuring delivery in time, regardless of facility remoteness. Delivery is possible both along Russia, including underpopulated places, and near-abroad countries, such as Belarus, Uzbekistan, Moldova etc.

Manufacturing site

Production departments cover an area of over 5,000 m², which allows simultaneous manufacture of small- and large-size equipment. The workflow consists of objectives devided into several consequential milestones following the Quality Management System programme. Professional staff members circuit design, select equipment according to the design, do manufacture timing and production itself, arrange transportation of equipment as specified.

In addition to it distinct arranging of the workflow starting with layout design and ending with delivery goods enables to keep standards, meet delivery dates and put the equipment on stream.
