Facility design
Design activities consist of geological, geophysical, and topographic surveys, technical specifications preparation, conceptual and detailed designs development; technical design specification drafting and articulation of safety activities.
Equipment manufacturing
Equipment production is carried out by the Factories of SINTEZ Group in accordance with the current editions of the national industry standards and guidelines.
Equipment delivery to the facility
We organize truck shipment and railway transportation in Russia, CIS states and far abroad regardless of facility remoteness from major cities.
Construction and installation works
Our specialists execute the work of equipment installation, laying of communication systems and engineering nets, tank foundations and metal structures erection.
Testing and commissioning
Before starting-up the equipment it undergoes leakage test, strength test, high-pressure test etc.
Hand Over of the Works
Setting an equipment or facility to work certifies that the works are carried out in full and on time with respect to the design specifications and permits for construction.
Individual approach to each Customer gives the opportunity to work out design specific to particular operation, i.e. the capacity, working schedule, cyclicity and unit capacity. Special attention is paid to ensuring safe and long-time operation at sites of increased fire hazard as well as cold weather operation and rapid change of temperature.
