The Association SINTEZ includes research and production companies specializing in the manufacture of a wide range of equipment for the oil and gas industry. Among them are OOO "Saratov Reservoir Plant" (production of tanks and vessels), OOO "Factory GazSintez" (block-modular boiler houses, thermal points, gas-distributing plants), OOO TD "SINTEK " (logistics company for transportation of oversized equipment), OOO "Bitumtek" (equipment for bitumen).
In addition, companies that provide related services in the non-production sphere (legal services, financial and human resources management, facility management, marketing services) are the members of Association as well.

To join the Association, it is necessary to familiarize yourself with the Association's Charter, fill out an Application and a Questionnaire.
The entry cost for new members of the Association is:
- for individual entrepreneurs – 25 000 (twenty-five thousand) rubles;
- for entities – 50 000 (fifty thousand) rubles.
The fixed entry cost is paid within five working days from the date of issuing of the Minutes of the Meeting of the members on admission of new members of the Association.
