The Trading House SARRZ carries out dropshipping of tank and vessel equipment from the leading Russian factories.

Our experts perform complex petroleum equipment supply of tank farms, petroleum-storage depots and oil terminals at the prices of major plants.

We also offer a separate supply of tank equipment for the upgrades or re-equipment of the facility.

Tank and vessel equipment is installed on any tank/vessel for storage of petroleum products or other technical liquids to guarantee normal and safe operation.

Depending on the functionality and application, the equipment can be divided into several groups:

  • sampling equipment
  • level gauges, transmitters, sensors and alarms to determine the operating fluid level in the tank
  • draining and filling equipment
  • fire fighting equipment
  • mixing mechanical devices (agitators, stirrers)
  • tank hatches, manholes, pipes and valves

The equipment configuration required is selected on an individual order and depends on the facility, medium characteristics, the specifics of the operating procedures, as well as the requirements of industrial safety standards and GOST 31385-2016 "Vertical cylindrical steel tanks for petroleum products. General technical specifications".

Vertical tank equipment

Sampling equipment

This equipment is used for petroleum intake from tanks for further determination of their composition and quality. Sampling equipment is represented by different types of samplers depending on the application task.

Thus, different types of samplers allow sampling from one (point or bottom samplers), two or more levels (multi-section samplers), without mixing each individual sample.

Equipment for tank gaging

This group of equipment can include level gauges, level alarms and level control transmitters, which are necessary during filling and draining operations, as they inform about the possible overflow of the tank and its complete emptying.

Also, the level gauges are used to measure the level of stored liquid during operation and notify the operator about level chang, for example, in case of oil leakage as a result of seal failure of the tank shell.

Equipment for filling / draining operations

To perform the filling and emptying of tanks and vessels, various equipment is used, which can be attributed to:

  • devices for oil products filling/draining to/from road and railway tanks, vessels
  • filtration equipment
  • equipment for access to tanks and vessels (overpasses, loading/unloading racks, etc)
  • protective and safety devices that contribute to automation and safe handling

Fire fighting equipment

Tanks and vessels are operated with explosive and fire - hazardous, as well as highly volatile liquids, which can be taken fire while handling.

The group of fire-fighting equipment include fire extinguishing devices (for example, various foam generators), as well as equipment to prevent ignition (breathing valves of various designs and flame arrestors).

The installation of fire extinguishing equipment can prevent and protect the facility from major disaster, so its usage should not be neglected..

Mechanical mixing devices (agitators)

TD SARRZ supplies mixing devices that are designed to:

  • mixing, homogenization, suspending and emulsionizing of various products in all-welded or split vessels with agitators
  • bottom sediments washing-out in vertical tanks, which (sediments) may lead to a loss of efficiency reduction

We offer mixing devices of different designs and select them based on the medium characteristics (temperature, viscosity, density).

Hatches, manholes, pipes and valves

As a part of the main equipment, operational nozzles, hatches and valves serve for the access of maintenance personnel inside the tank (manhole), installation of the technological equipment (nozzles), as well as the safe operation of the tank as a whole (valves, skylight, ventilation pipes, etc.).

The location and diameter of the hatches and pipes are calculated at the design stage, as they (hatches and pipes) are included in the metal structures of the tanks themselves.
